At least the manager was actually helpful but it set us back on our trip and now I have to wait DAYS for my refund so now I'm short 155.
This is an amazing hotel for the price! The staff is so friendly and helpful. From the front desk, to breakfast, to housekeeping. Each and every one of them were full of smiles and southern hospitality! The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are spacious, breakfast was great and the prices fit our budget. Even though it is close to the interstate for convenience you don't hear it at all. I guess if I had ANY complaint at all, it would be that I couldn't bring my pet with me. She is part of my family. We will stay again for sure!
Also the guy working the counter the morning of my checkout obviously had no idea what to do and checked me out before I even came down to check out- way before 11am. So the manager had to undo everything TWICE and recharge my account and adjust the price because I was charged too much.
Fantastic service. Very clean room with comfortable bed. The free hot breakfast was typical fare, but incredibly well done. Definitely recommend this place. We'll stop again!
The hotel was very reasonably priced and surprisingly very clean and nice. The rooms are recently remodeled and updated with USB ports. the staff is very accommodating and front desk service was cute and very friendly. The hotel provides hot breakfast at 6:30 a.m. but is opened around 6 and you can get muffins, cereal, etc. I would definitely have no problem staying here again.
New building, spacious rooms, terrific bedding, great pillows, nice continental breakfast. The light on the microwave was a bit bright, but everything else was great. Rates were appropriate, too.
Clean place with friendly staff but it's almost midnight and I can hear the casual conversation the guests in the room over are having. They're not even really being loud, the walls are just paper thin I guess.
You can hear everyone talking in the halls and in the rooms beside you. I can't sleep because of it.
