I booked online through UHaul, which is a service offered, and when I went to get the key to the storage unit, the owners were rude and informed me that there was no storage available. Then, while I was in the store still, a unit the size I needed was given to a customer who called directly after I had been denied. If the store doesn't want customers to book through Uhaul, it needs to be removed as an option. I am still trying to get a refund of my booking fee.
