Friendly, helpful staff. I never have to hunt anyone down for service, as someone is always offering to assist. I can most always find what I need. Thankful to have a place to pick up needed items besides Walmart.
Stihl sent out a recall on their battery powered hedge trimmer Model HSA-65 due to electrical issues. I received a letter from Stihl informing me to discontinue use of this model and take it to an authorized Stihl dealer and they would replace it at no cost with a HSA-66. Took it to ACE Hardware in Berea and the man I spoke to was very rude and said he didn't know anything about it (not surprised). I called Stihl and informed them of my negative experience at Ace Hardware in Berea, and I will tell everyone I know also. I called Bevins Motor Company in Richmond and told me no problem, they would take care of it. Super nice people at Bevins.
