My dog was getting a tooth pulled. He came back to me in much better condition then the previous time he had been under anesthesia for a teeth cleaning at a different vet. They took great care of him and the prices were very reasonable.
So far so good. Seems like a great vet.

I can't overstate the awesomeness of these establishments. I have sought treatment for my ferrets for years now with Dr. Simmons at both the Richmond and Berea locations. Through good times and bad the staff is caring beyond belief and you can really tell the Doctor loves animals of all types. My young ferret needed medication not usually carried and they went through great lengths to find and order it for her and kept in communication with me the whole time. I can't thank everyone who works here enough.
Dr. Hancock, Rachel and Sarita were very caring and loving with my dachshund, Schnitzel. Dr. Hancock did everything she possibly could to make Schnitzel better again, but God had another plan. I first took him to AAC 7/3/2017 and made several more trips trying to help relieve Schnitzel of his severe pain. God took him on 8/12/2017. I couldn't bear to see my sweet little guy in anymore pain. His 6th birthday was 6/16; so he was very very young. If you knew Schnitzel you would have be attached instantly. He had a super personality and was a real character. He was such a joy. I, needless to say, have a huge hole in my heart. Dr. Hancock and staff are truly great people and they genuinely care about the animals they treat. I have another dachshund and rest assured I will continue to go to Advanced Animal Care for his medical necessities. God Bless Dr. Hancock, Rachel and Sarita...they are truly wonderful!!
