Is great really understanding your wishes and finding the homes to match those. However, having purchased it long distance, thought we could rely on their promises to ensure inspection and follow up on the things that had to be done. Took no adequate responsibility to ensure we were not being cheated. Took many short cuts for a quick sale and self profit. Termites not taken care of Deck repair.. One room had an entire wall coming off. So just a heads up. Sold neighbors house with same situation
