Rude does not even describe their attitude! Guy got mad because he was not able to answer a simple question. When I demand to speak to someone in charge that can answer my question he said something very rude that I would not be able to repeat here. When I demand a apology, I was threaten with arrest. I called the USPS over them and they apologies and they would take care of the problem. I got call couple days later them apologizing to me. I decline their apology because I knew they were only doing it to save their jobs! AVOID them at all cost.... It would be better to go to Richmond then deal with these people
Worst Postal Service absolutely sucks their employees feel like they're in hell they're very rude and in a hurry like they have nothing better else to do I held my mail so I can pick up an important package when I went to pick up they said that they had the package but it had not been sorted yet it will be out today for delivery and the hell will be took off so I go home it is not delivered there is no notice like they said they would leave and they said they attempted to deliver the same time I went to pick up the package that morning and today I had two packages supposed to be delivered and when I track them it says that it was attempted and I noticed was left no notice no packages even though they could fit in the mailbox so very sad post office
