Absolutely the worst hospital I have EVER been to. My dad was in the military, and I thought I had seen the worst. But low and behold this one takes the cake. The nurses were rude; the doctor was incompetent. They offered me no medical care. but still took a $100 security deposit. I went to lexington to get medical care. DO NOT GO HERE, if you can go to lexington!!!
Compassionate, professional care from intake to discharge. I don't live in Berea, but the Richmond hospital is so horrible that I travel to Berea knowing that I will be well taken care of.
I think it's the downside of being from drug infested Kentucky, but the nurses are rude and act like your out to get drugs for coming in with kidney stone. I wonder if lexington is better.
