Berea Bookstore sells a number of items from the Berea College Farm - all organically grown: various greens, like lettuce and spinach, various meats, eggs and also strawberries, when they are in season. The prices are actually very reasonable and sometimes even lower than the chain shops.
It is more than just a typical college bookstore that simply offers textbooks and apparel. In the books section it has a lot more to offer in terms of local and regional writers as well as regular popular and best-selling books.
